2026 Renewal Update - Regular Retiree Group Benefits renewal, originally scheduled for June 1, 2026, has been deferred and is now planned for September 1, 2026. Your current coverage and premium rates will remain unchanged on June 1, 2026, and you will continue to be enrolled in your existing benefits with no interruption. Additional details regarding your renewal will be shared by the end of June 2026.

Canada Life has a very extensive and user-friendly Online Plan Member site called GroupNet. Through GroupNet, you’ll be able to access coverage information, view your claims status and Explanation of Benefits (EOB), complete and print personalized claim forms, as well as get Health and Wellness Information. To report a change in your contact information (email address or phone number) please email HUB International at [email protected] as soon as possible. For all other changes to your personal information and/or dependents (e.g. name, mailing address, dependent status, Option or banking, etc.), please complete a Notice of Change Form and submit to HUB International at [email protected]. The Notice of Change form can be found under the Forms section below.
