DSP Risk Management powered by HUB Drive Online is available for $300/month USD, excluding additional optional services such as HUB Drive Nurse Triage Services and MVR Monitoring.

Upon logging in to HUB Drive Online for the first time, you will need to provide some details to get started. Please see the steps below and the items required for setup.
- Link your Netradyne account.
Digitally sign the Telematics Use Agreement for HUB Drive Online and log in to your Netradyne account to authorize data sharing with HDOL.
- Verify your company details.
Complete your company details, including a review of unit and driver information that will pass from Netradyne to HUB Drive Online, and keep your insurance schedules current.
- Upload your insurance details.
Upload your current insurance details, including insurance policy documents and prior loss runs for the last 4 years.
- Complete your Digital Risk Assessment.
Upon entry into HUB Drive Online, you will be required to answer questions to generate your risk assessment. The assessment is comprised of approximately 100 questions, should take up to 20 minutes to complete and will provide you with detailed recommendations on risk mitigation steps available in the HUB Drive Safety Toolkit.
Once you are set up in the system, you can expect the following:
- Complete a Digital Risk Assessment to receive recommendations from the HUB Drive Safety Toolkit to implement in your operations.
- Connect with dedicated Risk Services professionals to answer questions on compliance and risk mitigation.
- Access the HUB Drive Safety Toolkit, which provides solutions to high, medium and low risk assessment recommendations.
- Upload insurance policies, loss runs and insurance details to facilitate a best practice insurance cycle to manage your renewals and populate “My Insurance Policies” and associated documents.
- Authorize utilization of telematics data with Netradyne, so critical video and telematics data can be automatically pushed to First Notice of Loss in your digital “My Claims Department”.
- Keep Netradyne data in sync with vehicle and drivers with insurance schedules and coverage.
- Push driver training based on incidents captured from in-unit Netradyne telematics.
- Populate the HUB Drive Compliance module to track medical and driver’s license expirations, permits and other compliance requirements.
- Upload loss runs so open claims can be prioritized for closure and claims reviews to close insurance claims and reduce reserves on all lines of coverage.
- HUB claims advocates will be in touch to complete a claims review, set action on open claims and continue to be your touchpoint for escalation on complex claims. Expect a quarterly claims review on Auto, Cargo and General claims and an annual Workers’ Compensation claims review.
- Connect with HUB insurance professionals to answer your insurance and coverage questions.
- Optional subscription to HUB Drive Online Nurse Triage services to get immediate medical feedback on Workers’ Compensation incidents.
- Optional MVR Monitoring services to help support driver training and remediation.
HUB Drive Online has a payment portal that will display invoices for monthly fees associated with the program and allow you to digitally enter your payment information for seamless digital ACH payment processing each month. Invoices are posted on the 1st of each month and payment is required by the 10th. You will receive email notifications alerting you of new invoices once posted.
A Delivery Service Provider can cancel the service at any time; however, the monthly fee applies if the cancellation occurs on or after the first of the month.
HUB will conduct weekly office hours for DSPs to join, ask questions, provide feedback and receive training on the portal. Office hours are the first and third Wednesday of every month at 11 am CST through Zoom. Click this link to join: Office Hours.
