- Professional Lines (EPLI, D&O, E&O, CYBER1): Deep discounts on proprietary best-in-class EPLI, D&O, E&O, CYBER1 offerings, designed to meet Wyndham brand standards.
When should I contact a HUB Representative for P&C and Professional Lines?
- New Hotel Builds: Reach out once you’ve selected your site and contractor.
- Existing Hotels: Contact HUB within 90 days prior to your renewal. Complete the electronic application and provide loss runs2 to receive a quote. Please note that incomplete submissions may delay or prevent the ability to quote your locations. Completed submissions received in 60 days or less will be evaluated on whether they can be quoted. Once all required information is submitted, a HUB representative will contact you within 48 hours.

We have collaborated with Wyndham to create a “Best-in-Class” offering for all Wyndham franchisees; as such, there are no additional brokerage costs when placing your business with HUB. As a Program participant, you will have access to:
- A dedicated service team certified for the HUB International Insurance Program, easily identified by the Wyndham Approved Supplier stamp in their email signature.
- Dedicated claims management and risk service teams at no additional cost.
- Free access to Disaster Recovery Services (DRS).
- Full access to HUB’s proprietary benefits solutions, analytics tools, and technology.
If you are already working with a HUB office or representative, we will coordinate with your current HUB representative. You will continue working with your existing representative, but we will ensure your portfolio is quoted through the HUB International Insurance Program for Wyndham Franchisees, except where operational loss history presents exceptions.
No. HUB has designed the Program exclusively, leveraging our market strength to offer a cost-effective, best-in-class solution. HUB does not partner with other brokerage firms, nor do they have access to our specific offerings.
