Hub International Limited (Hub) announced today that it has acquired the Commercial Lines and Life & Health books of business of Wescom Insurance Services, LLC (Wescom), an Anaheim, California-based insurance brokerage firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Wescom Credit Union. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Commercial Lines and Life & Health members of the Wescom team will join Hub International Insurance Services Inc. (Hub California). This transaction will expand Hub California’s geographic footprint in Southern California by adding a strategic office in Downey, California between other existing offices. Wescom, which was founded in 2004, currently works with a wide range of middle market to small accounts, arranging Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits and Life Insurance programs. The company has grown both organically and through acquisition since its inception over 15 years ago.
