University of Winnipeg Facility Rental Insurance
To rent facilities at the University of Winnipeg the organizing person or group requires general liability insurance protecting against suits brought due to third party bodily injury or property damage.
If you, as organizer, already have general liability insurance, please provide a Certificate of Insurance from the insurer identifying the event and naming “University of Winnipeg” as additional insured, and submit to Risk Management Services [email protected]. Your insurance broker should be able to provide this at no cost.
If you, as organizer, do not carry general liability insurance, this portal can be used to secure cost-effective coverage at pre-arranged rates. Please allow 2-3 business days for insurance procurement to be completed.
