Coverage is available for the following activities:

• Badminton, Bowling, Broomball, Curling, Dance Lessons, Fitness Classes, Golf, Horseshoes, Pickleball, Pilates, Pleasure Skating, Shuffleboard, Table Tennis, Tai Chi, Tee-ball, Tennis, Yoga
• Ball / Roller Hockey, Baseball, Basketball, Cricket, Dodgeball (no trampolines), Field Hockey, Figure Skating, Floor Hockey, Handball, Inline Skating, Martial Arts (instructional only), Non-Contact Touch / Flag Football, Racquetball, Ringette, Slo-Pitch, Soccer, Softball, Squash, Swimming with Lifeguard, Synchronized Swimming, Track & Field, Ultimate Frisbee, Volleyball
• Non-contact Hockey (includes shinny / pick-up, tryouts, camp or clinic), Non-contact Lacrosse (including pick-up)

Coverage is NOT available for the following activities:

• Trampoline use, Contact Boxing / Kickboxing / Mixed Martial Arts, Indoor parachuting / skyzone activities

Exclusions apply to the policy, as they do on all insurance policies. This policy excludes claims arising from or related to:

• Abuse
• Asbestos
• Fungi or Spores
• Nuclear Energy Liability
• Pollution
• Terrorism
• War Risks
• Contagious Disease
• Cyber Risk
• Electronic Data Exclusion
• Sanctions Exclusion
• Liquor Liability

Coverage is available for:

• Commercial general liability (up to $5,000,000)
• Products and completed operations (up to $5,000,000)
• Personal and Advertising injury liability (up to $5,000,000)
• Tenants legal liability (up to $1,000,000)
• Medical payments (up to $5,000 per person)

Note: There is a $1,000 deductible on third-party bodily injury and property damage claims.
