Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of 1st Alaska Insurance, LLC (1st Alaska). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Soldotna, Alaska, 1st Alaska specializes in providing personal lines insurance solutions. Mike Pate, owner of 1st Alaska, will join Hub Northwest and report to Steve Wagner, Senior Vice President of Alaska for Hub Northwest.
