Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired certain assets of FirstBank Insurance Agency, Inc (FirstBank). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, FirstBank is a general agency providing property and casualty insurance solutions and a subsidiary of First Bancorp, a diversified financial institution also based in San Juan. Acquired assets will be a part of Hub Puerto Rico.
