Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of BenefitsMart LLC (BenefitsMart). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
BenefitsMart specializes in employee benefits and provides a full range of services to its clients, including insurance, compliance, wellness and benefits administration. Jean Russell, Founder and President of BenefitsMart, will join Hub New England.
