Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of EmSpring Corporation (EmSpring). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Operating out of Yakima, Bellevue, and Spokane, Washington, EmSpring specializes in providing employee benefits solutions. EmSpring's Dan Fisher, CEO, and Ed Haines, President, will join Hub Northwest and report to Tim Kennedy, Employee Benefits Practice Leader, Hub Northwest.
