When should I contact a HUB Representative for P&C and Professional Lines?
- New Hotel Builds: Reach out once you’ve selected your site and contractor.
- Existing Hotels: Contact HUB within 90 days prior to your renewal. Complete the electronic application and provide loss runs2 to receive a quote. Please note that incomplete submissions may delay or prevent the ability to quote your locations. Completed submissions received in 60 days or less will be evaluated on whether they can be quoted. Once all required information is submitted, a HUB representative will contact you within 48 hours.
