Canada Post Service Update: Mail Delays Persist

The Canada Post strike has officially ended; however, mail delivery delays are still likely as operations return to normal. HUB International is committed to ensuring you have access to your important insurance documents and services during this time.

Autopac and Drivers Licensing:

You do not need physical renewal documents in order for us to assist you. Your autopac/driver's license renews 4 months, less one day, after your birthday. Please visit or contact your nearest HUB office for any assistance you need as it relates to your autopac and driver's licensing.

How to Obtain Insurance Documents

HUB International is able to email or fax any insurance documents during the postal service disruption. You can also pick up policy documentation with prior arrangement through our branches.

How to Make a Payment During a Postal Service Disruption

Please do not send payment for insurance policies by mail. It is extremely important that your premiums are paid within the normal time frames to ensure your insurance coverage remains in full effect. We will not be in a position to avert policy cancellations due to delays by the post office.

In order to make timely payments on renewals and all other billing notices, please see the options below.

IF you normally pay your insurance company directly:

  1. Continue to pay as you have in the past.

IF you normally pay through HUB:

  1. Make a payment electronically through your internet banking account
(set up HUB as a vendor, just as you would a utility bill).

    Bank payment steps:

    • When adding us as a Payee, search for: HUB International Manitoba Limited and/or HUB International Prairies. There are several HUBs across North America and either of the above are applicable for clients located in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon.
    • When prompted, key in your 10-digit account number, which is listed on your invoice.
  1. Over the phone by credit card.
  2. Online by credit card. Click here to go to payment portal. Please note that payments made online through this portal will incur a processing fee of 2%.
  3. Drop off your payment at any HUB International location. Our office locations can be found here.
  4. Wire transfers are also an option. Contact us for details if needed.
