Canada Post Service Update: Mail Delays Persist

The Canada Post strike has officially ended; however, significant mail delays are still expected as Canada Post works to clear the backlog of mail.

If you pay your insurance premiums directly to your insurer, please continue to do so and review any guidelines that have been communicated regarding alternative payment options due to the strike. For those who pay their premiums directly to HUB, we also have alternative options for paying your invoice. See below for details and don’t hesitate to reach out to your broker if you require further assistance.

Pay My HUB Bill

To easily and securely pay your premiums, visit our online portal: https://hubinternational.com/pay-my-bill

Online Banking
  • When using Online Banking to pay your invoice, you will see several Hub entities listed. Ensure that you select the correct Hub entity.
  • For HUB International Ontario Limited clients, select HUB International Ontario Limited as the payee.
    For HUB International Atlantic Limited clients, select HUB International Atlantic Limited as the payee
  • Your 10-character Account Number is noted on your invoice. Sample below:

  

  • If your Account No. includes special characters such as “&” or “‒” or “/”, you must substitute the letter “Z” for these characters. e.g. Account No. ABC&DEF‒04 should be entered in as ABCZDEFZ04
Credit Card
  • We accept Visa or Mastercard. An administration fee of 2.5% will apply.
  • On the next screen, scroll down to the link “Pay Your Premium to…”. If there are 2 options, please select the correct HUB office.
  • On the following screen, click on the grey “No Policy Payments ID?” button, then follow the prompts on the subsequent screens to input your details and complete payment.

Premium Financing

For most accounts, HUB International can offer premium financing through a third party. All that is required is a down payment, a signed finance agreement and a void cheque. For details, contact your account representative.
