About this Office
Trusted Guidance with a Local Perspective
We are now servicing customers in branch Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Saturdays 9:00 to 4:30PM as well as offering our full range of services by phone, including ICBC renewals, and remain committed to helping you with all of your insurance needs.
The HUB International Sorrento insurance office is located in the beautiful Thompson Okanagan region on the south shore of Shuswap Lake. Sorrento is known as the "heart of the Shuswap". Originally known as Trapper's Landing, after the meeting place of Shuswap Indian trappers, the town was renamed Sorrento, after the resemblance Copper Islands holds with the Isle of Capri, off Sorrento, Italy. Long renowned for its recreation and retirement lifestyle, the area has fabulous lake fishing, water sports, boating, hiking and house boating. Along with many wineries/vineyards, we are home to the only certified organic brewery in Canada.
We are proud to be part of Sorrento, supporting our community with involvement in the Sorrento and Area Chamber of Commerce, South Shuswap First Responders, North Shore Medical Centre, Sorrento Medical Clinic, Cedar Heights Community Centre and Canada Day celebrations.
