Westgate Capital Consultants, a division of HUB International, has served the Tacoma and greater Puget Sound region since 1986, specializing in retirement plans and individual wealth management. When we joined HUB Retirement & Private Wealth in 2025, our mission continued to provide practical guidance that supports long-term financial confidence. Our team remains focused on helping organizations and their employees make informed decisions that strengthen their financial future and encourage meaningful retirement readiness.

Our services include plan design consulting, investment monitoring, fiduciary support, and plan governance guidance. We provide customized reporting on plan health, savings behaviors, and plan costs, giving sponsors useful insight into how their plan is functioning and where adjustments may be helpful. We also support plan committees with meeting materials, documentation, benchmarking, and strategic considerations.

For participants, we offer customized education aligned with the plan’s goals—whether the focus is on encouraging participation, improving savings habits, or helping employees better understand their long-term retirement path. Education is provided through group meetings and individual consultations, with an emphasis on practical steps that can support positive saving behavior.
