The Ward Agency is one of Texas’ leading employee benefits brokerage and advisory firms. The Ward Agency was founded in 1964 by Jack Ward with an emphasis on establishing long-term client relationships based on integrity and trust. These founding principles guide our everyday operations. We're proud to say that some of our client relationships now span over 30 years. Our office in Longview, TX brings more than 100 years of combined insurance experience to work for our clients.

In 2018, The Ward Agency became a part of HUB International. This new partnership greatly expanded the resources and insurance services we offer our clients in Longview, while maintaining our local market knowledge and friendly professional broker staff.

We work with employers of all sizes, including nonprofits and governmental entities. We serve over 200 employer clients in East Texas.  We specialize in both fully insured and self-funded medical plans. A key ingredient to our success is our ability to incorporate cost containment strategies over a multiyear approach while maintaining a concern for employee satisfaction and corporate culture. We also offer retirement plan consulting and private wealth management services.
