Paul Collins currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of HUB International Northeast. Based out of the New York City office, Mr. Collins is responsible for overseeing all retail and wholesale operations for the Northeast region, which includes offices spanning across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island and over 700 employees. 

Paul joined HUB in May of 2017 with 20 years of experience as a leader in the insurance brokerage community. Most recently, Paul served as Head of Corporate Risk & Broking for the Northeast Region of Willis Towers Watson (Willis). Prior to that, Paul held various key positions at Willis, each with increasing responsibilities, including Managing Partner at Willis of New Jersey, Managing Partner at Willis of Georgia, and Growth Leader of Willis of New York. Paul began his insurance career at Brown & Brown as a Producer before holding several leadership positions including Executive Vice President of Brown & Brown of Florida, and ultimately Chief Executive Officer of Brown & Brown Metro.

Paul earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida. Additionally, he holds a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Paul currently serves on the Cox School of Business Alumni Association Board of Directors at SMU. He is an active participant in his community where he serves on the Board of Elders at Central Presbyterian Church in Summit, NJ and as a member of the Fraternal Brotherhood of Elks.
