The HUB HUB Payment Portal is intended for clients who are paying insurance premium invoices that have been billed and sent by HUB. If your invoices are billed and sent by your insurance carrier, please see your insurance carrier invoice for payment details and instructions on how to pay.

In response to restrictions enacted due to COVID-19 that impact our ability to collect physical mail from our offices, we have introduced the HUB Pay My Bill portal to facilitate online ACH or EFT payments of your HUB invoiced insurance premiums. We strongly prefer and recommend that you use this online portal instead of mailing checks to us going forward.

You can use the URL links above to register and activate your portal profile.
Steps are easy:
- Navigate to the Register tab on the portal, fill in the required fields and click Activate
- You'll receive an email with a link and instructions on how to activate your account
- Next, you'll be guided to the portal to validate your account
- You will need your Account Number and 5 digit US Zip Code or Canadian Postal Code (including the space), which can be found on your most recent HUB invoice
- If unable to locate, please reach out to your Account Manager
- Once validated, you may view your outstanding invoices and start make payments!

For US HUB Office clients: Your Account Number and 5 digit Zip Code are located on your most recent HUB Invoice.
For Canadian HUB Office clients: Your Account Number and Postal Code (including the space) are located on your most recent HUB Invoice.
Confirm that your Account Number and 5 digit Zip Code or Postal Code match your most recent HUB Invoice.
Reach out to your Account Manager for additional assistance, and to confirm that your invoices are directly owed to HUB International.
Please check your spam/junk folder as the activation email might have been filtered there.
If, still unable to locate the email, please navigate to the portal and attempt to login with your newly created Username and Password. The Activation window will appear to complete registration.
On the portal's Login tab, you may click on Forgot Password and follow the self-serve instructions
Please reach out to your Account Manager to make sure you have been billed in our system. Otherwise, the portal will only show your HUB invoiced premiums. If your premiums are billed directly by your insurance company, please see your insurance company invoice for payment details.
Your regional Account Managers are a great resource to help you work through any questions regarding your invoices and the portal.
No, this portal currently does not offer the ability to pay invoices via Credit Card.
Funds will be taken out approximately 24 hours after you have initiated payment, and your HUB client account will reflect this payment approximately 48 hours after.
