US Insurance Source began as a Farmers Insurance agency in 2003 making several changes over time. In 2007 the focus changed from personal lines to commercial auto and trucking with expanded appetites of the carriers represented. Later, in 2012, Mark Walton purchased 3 independent agencies combining them to create a larger commercial footprint.  Upon leaving the Farmers Insurance Group, US Insurance Source made the decision to exclusively focus on commercial lines especially monoline workers comp, contractors and transportation.  This transition provides our clients outstanding customer experience and the team is able to hone skills required in this space.  During the period from 2012 through today, USIS has focused on internal processes and systems offering all stakeholders, especially clients, a consistent experience. This has been a successful path as we continue to experience double digit growth year over year.  As we move into 2019, we are excited to join Hub International's transportation group.  This relationship will allow USIS to, yet again, raise the bar for our clients and employees.  What this means for our clients is better access to services such as loss control, claims handling and policy services.  While some services may be provided by the insurance carriers, most will continue to be handled by our office.  To serve our clients, it's important each have access to the professionals they need.  Our office has 5 producers and 5 account managers, including managers. With our commitment to customer success and high touch service, our clients will see nothing but good things in the years to come.
