Women's Health & Wellbeing at Work: What Employers Can Do About Support, Policy and Culture
What You Will Learn
Join HUB benefits and health experts working with employers across the United States and Canada for a practical conversation about women's health at work.
Supporting women's health and wellbeing at work is not only a question of what a benefits plan covers. It also depends on what a written policy allows, what a manager is equipped to do, and whether an employee feels able to raise it at all. Those levers sit in different places and with different people, which is why they are rarely looked at together.
What we'll cover:
- What you know: what your own workforce is telling you, and where to look for it
- What your plan covers: which parts of your plan carry this support today, and what reviewing them together reveals
- What your policy permits: what is written down on flexibility, facilities and leave that does not require naming a diagnosis
- What your managers and your culture allow: whether people feel able to use support that already exists
The systems differ on either side of the border. The underlying issues do not.
Attendees will leave with a clearer view of where their own organization stands and the practical moves available.
