U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA): Part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, FEMA’s mission is to help people before, during and after disasters. The agency coordinates the government’s financial and physical relief efforts for any national disaster.
Ready.gov: U.S. FEMA’s national public service campaign providing resources to educate and empower you to prepare for, respond to and mitigate emergencies, including incidents of active shooter, bioterrorism and attacks in public places.
DHS Active Shooter Preparedness: Products, tools and resources to help you prepare for and respond to an active shooter incident from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security website. DHS serves to protect against threats, and provides federal response in the event of a natural disaster, terrorist attack or other large-scale emergency.
