The Culture & Belonging Impact Report
See how we're embracing our values through our Culture & Belonging Journey.
Our numerous employee resource networks align with our values and work to make every employee at HUB feel seen, heard, valued, respected and connected to facilitate creativity, deliver the best results for our clients, foster collaboration and support one another.
Culture is the heart and soul of a company, and often is what makes a person stay or leave an organization. At HUB, we know it’s important to ensure our employees feel seen, valued, heard, and respected. Our intention is to cultivate a culture of belonging, which helps all employees reach their full potential by staying engaged, present, and excited about our work.
Our employees’ passions impact their own communities by engaging in philanthropy and volunteer work in and outside of work. HUB ensures that those efforts are inclusive of outreach partners and organizations that serve all populations.
Employee Networks
Empowering our employees. Watching them thrive.
Learn more about our Culture & Belonging Networks, what they stand for, and why they make our company a great place to work.
The Women Network provides a collaborative community for all employees to learn, grow, and achieve their maximum potential personally and professionally through allyship and advocacy. The mission of the Women Network is to Engage employees to help build and develop collaboration at all levels, Empower employees to master their potential to achieve personal and professional development, and Excel their individual growth and elevate their overall capabilities through engagement and empowerment.
The SOUL of the Black Inclusion Network is rooted in a commitment to service, optimism, unity, and leadership to empower our employees to advocate for underrepresented communities, cultivate inclusive workplaces, and build meaningful connections with colleagues and clients. We leverage our internal and external resources to empower personal and professional growth for individuals often overlooked in society and the workplace. We strive to attract and retain Black talent and enhance our brand as a broker of choice.
The Abilities Network may have its roots with employees who have children on the Autism Spectrum, but its mission is much broader. They strive to ensure that our culture is inclusive of candidates and employees with disabilities as well as employees who are caregivers. The network is also open to any and all allies. The network understands the intersectionality of disabilities, which means that anyone from any demographic can be or become disabled or become a caregiver at any time. They want to ensure that HUB’s culture is inclusive of all aspects of the disability community.
The Asian & Pacific Islander (API) Network raises awareness of what the term API means. They seek to raise awareness that the API community consists of a wide range of cultures, countries, and languages. The network also wants to help the company cast wider nets to attract API and to be a resource to engage and retain that talent. The network is also keen to help the company grow and enhance the HUB brand as a brokerage of choice to API customers.
The Latin Network aims to foster awareness and promote the contributions of the Latin community; to create and facilitate collaborative, cross-cultural opportunities; and to encourage the recruitment and professional development of a highly skilled and inclusive workforce. This creates a supportive environment for the Latin community and contributes to the company’s success.
The Military Network connects our veterans, military spouses, their families, and supporters within the company. We seek to advance veterans’ careers and serve the military community with resources and networking, while raising awareness through commemorative and educational events. Our members bring leadership, discipline, and a team mentality.
Like the API Network, the Indigenous Network wants to raise awareness and share their rich heritage to all HUB employees. Rich with tradition and made up of multiple tribes, languages, and geographies, these employees are helping HUB identify talent and potential customers while also working to make our company and industry a destination for talent. Internally, they share the rich cultures and sometimes forgotten history with all HUB teammates.

The Pride Network is dedicated to ensuring support, resources, and safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ staff, allies and families. They are doing this through raising awareness and providing educational resources to all HUB employees. As with all of the Employee Networks, Pride Network is very open to allies, providing tips and advice on ways employees can be inclusive allies to the LGBTQIA+ colleagues and is committed to educating and including all employees of HUB.
The Young Professional Enrichment Network is committed to a dynamic network where collaboration thrives through mentorship, peer support, and cross-regional connections. The network will empower emerging leaders with confidence and knowledge, equipping them to advance in their careers. Through internal development and external enrichment, young professionals will be contributing to a vibrant and inclusive community as one HUB.
HUB employees say it best
In a space that truly values each individual, I am encouraged to bring my whole self to the conversation, knowing that my perspective is not just welcomed but essential. It's incredibly rewarding to be part of an organization that uplifts and amplifies the voices of Black leaders, ensuring we play a critical role in shaping the future for everyone.”

Being a part of the Asian Pacific Islander (API) Network are both a personal and professional calling. I am 100% human with diverse ethnicity (Filipino, Native Hawaiian, Japanese, and Caucasian). Advocating for and maintaining space for others is the reason why I stay involved. Collaboration with other Networks allows me to champion culture. My most favorite quote is “My identity is my superpower.” – Simu Liu."

Through the Women Network, I get to see that up close every single day. Employees are learning from each other, discovering what they're really capable of, and then turning around to lift others up along the way. It's a special kind of culture, one where every individual matters and is genuinely invested in, and when people feel that, they do remarkable things. I'm so grateful to be part of building that and to have the privilege of impacting this company and the people in it in such a meaningful way."

To me, inclusion means creating an environment where, no matter who you are, you’re given the space and opportunity to be your best and do your best. That’s not just something I believe in professionally—it’s something that matters deeply to me personally. Knowing I can play even a small part in building that kind of environment for others is what makes being part of the Council so meaningful to me.”

Caring & Giving
HUB in the Community
HUB employees are proud to be involved in community-based efforts, ranging from advocacy for food security, to disease awareness and prevention. Many of our employees also serve in nonprofit associations as board members, or organize and participate in activities that protect and improve the communities they live in.

We’re here to protect and support the aspirations of individuals, families, and businesses. See how you can be a part of HUB and make a difference in your community.
