Manual Program
The Special Event Liability Group Insurance Trust Manual Program administered by HUB is intended for:
- Events that are not eligible for the Online Program;
Events with Athletic Activity, Outdoor Activity, Overnight
Activity and Events that include Animals;
Events desiring a limit of liability greater than $2,000,000 per occurrence; and
- Event or Activity in more than 1 State.
The Manual Program utilizes a traditional underwriting process. If the underwriter has any questions after review of the application and attachments you will receive an email or phone call.
Since 1989, this Program has provided very broad coverage at low cost to event holders. The policy includes coverage for certain exposures that are often excluded by other Special Event Liability Insurance Programs. I.e. Bodily Injury to Athletic Participants and Bodily Injury arising out of operation or use of a Bounce House.

Excess Limits:
The maximum Limit of Liability available is $5,000,00 each occurrence / $6,000,000 Aggregate
Special Conditions:
- Limits apply separately for each event
- Coverage applies to insured events and scheduled locations
- Liquor liability aggregate Limit of Liability is included within the General Aggregate Limit of Liability when Liquor Liability has been purchased
- Primary and Non-Contributing Coverage for Additional Insured
- Provides 30-day notice of cancellation
- No deductible

- Aircraft or Aviation
- All-terrain boarding
- Armed Security
- Ballooning, Hang Gliding
- Base jumping, Bungee jumping
- Bouldering
- Boxing, wrestling, Rugby, Lacrosse, Jousting, archery, contact karate, contact martial arts
- Carnival, circus, fair, festival, rodeo, equestrian event
- Carnival ride, mechanical amusement ride, motorized sporting equipment
- Circuses
- Concerts over 6 hours in music length, mosh pits, rap or heavy metal concert, raves
- Diving
- Kayaking, rafting or canoeing in greater than class 3 rapids
- Mountain biking
- Power boat racing
- Professional sporting activity
- Pyrotechnics or explosives
- Rock climbing including climbing walls
- Rodeo or roping events
- Scuba Diving
- Tractor or Tractor Pulls
- Football (except passing camps with no contact drills)
Use of harness, belaying apparatus, fall protection equipment, trampoline, mini trampoline, rebounding device, bungee cord, inflatable recreation equipment (other than bounce houses) , trapeze or high wire Recreational equipment on or over water
