Pay My HUB Bill

You can use the URL links above to register and activate your portal profile.

The steps are easy:

1. Go to the Register tab on the portal, complete the required fields, and click Activate
2. You will receive an email with a link and instructions on how to activate your account
3. Next, you will be guided to the portal to validate your account
   1. You will need your Account Number and 5-digit U.S. ZIP Code or Canadian postal code (including the space), which can be found on your most recent HUB invoice
   2. If you are unable to locate it, please contact your Account Manager
4. Once validated, you may view your outstanding invoices and start making payments!

For U.S. HUB Office clients: Your Account Number and 5-digit postal code are located on your most recent HUB invoice.

For Canadian HUB Office clients: Your Account Number and postal code (including the space) are located on your most recent HUB invoice.

Confirm that your Account Number and 5-digit ZIP Code or Postal Code match your most recent HUB Invoice.

Contact your Account Manager for additional assistance and to confirm that your invoices are payable directly to HUB International.

Please check your spam/junk folder, as the activation email may have been filtered there.

If you are still unable to locate the email, please go to the portal and attempt to log in with your newly created username and password. The activation window will appear to complete registration.

On the portal's Login tab, you can click Forgot Password and follow the self-serve instructions.

Please contact your Account Manager to ensure you have been billed in our system. Otherwise, the portal will only display your HUB invoiced premiums. If your premiums are billed directly by your insurance company, please see your insurance company invoice for payment details.

Your regional Account Managers are a great resource to help you work through any questions regarding your invoices and the portal.

No, this portal currently does not offer the ability to pay invoices by credit card.

Funds will be withdrawn approximately 24 hours after you initiate payment, and this payment will appear in your HUB client account approximately 48 hours later.
