2027 Canadian Salary Forecast Report

HUB International’s 2027 Canadian Salary Forecast Report presents salary increase and pay structure forecasts from Canadian organizations across a wide range of sectors, sizes and regions, with national and Quebec benchmarks. Now in its third year, the survey shows where the trend is heading, not just where this year landed. Salary increase budgets have held at 3% for a third consecutive year. Pay structure adjustments have not. They are forecast at 2.3% for 2027, down from 2.7% last year, and roughly one in five organizations is freezing its pay scales while continuing to fund individual increases.
