Coverage Details
To be eligible for coverage, you must be a member in good standing with the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada, and your business must be registered and headquartered in Canada.
Coverage is available for:
- Commercial general liability ($1 million, $2 million or $5 million; $1,000 deductible)
- Errors and Omissions Liability ($1 million, $2 million, or $5 million; no deductible)
- Worldwide coverage territory with suits first brought in Canada
- Non-owned automobile coverage
This policy also includes:
- Personal injury
- Advertising injury
- Tenant’s legal liability (up to $500,000)
- Products/completed operations
- Cross liability/severability of insureds
- Occurrence property damage
- Blanket contractual
- Broad form property damage
- Medical payments (up to $2,500 per person)
This policy excludes claims arising from or related to:
- Abuse, harassment and molestation
- Asbestos
- Data
- Terrorism
