Michael Booth is President of U.S. Employee Benefits at HUB International, where he leads the continued growth and development of the company’s Employee Benefits business. He joined HUB in 2015 as Chief Sales Officer for Midwest West and was promoted in 2020 to U.S. Chief Sales Officer for National Employee Benefits.

Throughout his career at HUB, Michael has been recognized for his passionate and persistent focus on sales execution and his ability to build strong relationships across the organization. In his current role, he is focused on strengthening HUB’s Employee Benefits strategy, supporting field leadership and driving sustainable growth while delivering differentiated solutions for clients.
