Ms. Bogardus will be participating in a discussion focused on the impact of the Health Care Reform legislation on small employers, specifically the controlled group rules under the tax code. Bogardus will address the complexity of these rules, challenges involved with their practical application as well as concerns about awareness among small business owners and their advisors.
