risc home SELECT - High-risk Homeowners’ Product   

RISC Home Select is a homeowners’ insurance product designed specifically for those that live in areas that have a high risk of catastrophic events.  Through HUB International Personal Insurance, owners of primary & vacation homes will now have direct access to coverage in places where it is hard, if not impossible, to obtain property insurance.  This includes homes, as well as homes under construction, located in the following areas:

• Coastline
• High winds
• Brush fires
• Floods or rising water

This product is a direct effort to give those the piece of mind to enjoy their houses in these high risk areas.  We are targeting to homeowners with the following credentials:

• Own property with a market value in excess of $500,000 and insure each property up to its full value specified in the policy, or replacement cash value at the time of loss.

RISC Home Select is an exclusive product designed through a partnership between RISC, a wholesale division within HUB International.  HUB International is one of the nation’s largest insurance brokers specializing in personal lines of insurance for high-net-worth individuals, SBJ Ltd, an International Insurance and Reinsurance Broker, and the Sagicor at Lloyd’s of London.
