Charity Hole in One Sponsorship

HUB International is pleased to sponsor your charity golf tournament with a hole-in-one prize of $10,000!

Note, this sponsorship applies only for tournaments with a maximum of 144 golfers.

Click here to proceed to our online sponsored hole-in-one application. You will be asked to confirm the hole number, yardage for both men’s and women’s tee, and the number of golfers participating in your tournament.

Your application MUST be submitted at least 1 full business day before the start of your tournament.

If your tournament has more than 144 golfers, contact Carrie Pinard at HUB International Ontario by email at or by phone at 519-326-9339.

In order to arrange pick up of the HUB International hole sign, contact our Hole-in-One Team at or 1-800-463-4700.

Sponsorship covers the financial amount of the hole in one award ($10,000) to the first golfer who gets a hole-in-one at the designated hole at your tournament.

The following are excluded from coverage:

  • A hole in one achieved by a golf club pro or professional golfer;
  • A hole in one achieved by any participant doing the following:
    • playing a practice shot;
    • playing a mulligan shot;
    • playing a ball which was hit out of bounds and replayed;
    • playing a second ball;
    • playing a ball for another participant; or
    • playing a ball to round out a group by taking an extra shot.

HUB Ontario’s sponsorship of your golf tournament will be fulfilled through an insurance program. Before proceeding with your purchase, you MUST read the limits of coverage under this program as well as conditions that must apply at the tournament for coverage to be in effect and a potential prize paid out. As part of the application process, you will be asked to warranty that you have read and understand the limits and conditions of coverage.

PLEASE NOTE: Coverage is only in force upon your receipt of a Certificate/Binder of Insurance issued by HUB International Ontario. To be eligible, you MUST complete the application and submit it for approval no later than 1 full business day prior to the start of your tournament. If approved, a Certificate will be issued in due course.
