Chief Marketing Officer
Thomas (Tom) Delark currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of HUB International Northeast. Based out of the New York City office, Tom is responsible for overseeing HUB Northeast's carrier relationships and implementing strategic marketing initiatives across the region's geographic footprint. In this role, Tom focuses on key underwriting partners, while acting as a liaison between the firm's clients and the insurance marketplace.
Before joining HUB, Tom served as a Managing Director of Aon GRIP Solutions, where he was responsible for executive level carrier relationship management and directly prior to that, he served as the Regional Practice Leader, Middle Market, for Aon Risk Solutions, where he was involved in operations, strategy and executive level carrier relations for the regional and national Middle Market segment. Prior to Aon, Tom worked in various account management and marketing roles for Marsh's Middle Market practice in the Philadelphia area.
Tom holds an MBA in General & Strategic Management from Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Penn State University. He holds numerous accreditations, including an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. In 2014, Tom was named a winner of the Business Insurance "40 under 40" award and he has been quoted for his expertise in various major insurance trade publications, including Risk & Insurance.
