As Vice President of Employee Benefits, Dianne provides her expertise in all facets of health care reform, compliance and understanding the impact of Employee Benefits to clients as Health Care Reform evolves. Developing and communicating both short and long term health care strategies are her areas of expertise. Conducting an in-depth needs analysis for all clients, helps her determine the best strategies for implementing an employee benefits plan that is the most cost effective for employers.

Dianne previously worked at FutureWorks Career Center, assisting area employers with the recruitment of talent to expand their businesses. She also focused on areas such as legal aspects of employee terminations, COBRA regulations and connecting businesses to federal and state programs such as WOTC, Welfare-to-Work and grants available for training employees. Dianne has been with HUB International New England formerly FieldEddy for over 12 years.

Dianne is a graduate of the University of Washington where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus in Organizational Development. She is a Multi-State Licensed Producer for Life, Accident & Health Insurance.
