Health & Performance Officer, Employee Benefits

Ralph Colao is the Health & Performance Officer on the Employee Benefits team. He has more than 31 years of experience in the insurance industry with a particular focus on health and performance strategies for employers including strategic planning, operational integration, benefits design, organizational culture assessment, healthy culture development and program evaluation. Prior to joining HUB, Mr. Colao was President, Worksite Health and Vice President, Organizational Development at Viridian Health Management. Previously he was Director, Culture of Health Assessment at Wellness& Prevention Inc. and a Principal at Mercer . Currently he serves in several leadership positions with HERO (Health Enhancement Research Organization). Previously, he was past president of the Association for Worksite Health Promotion.
