HUB G.I.V.E.S.
HUB G.I.V.E.S. is a charitable and community-giving program that allows HUB employees across North America the opportunity to donate their time and service to community projects. This program taps into our employees’ creativity, passion and connection to their communities to facilitate a meaningful and rewarding experience. Service is critical to HUB International and it extends to the communities we live and do business in across the United States and Canada.
Each HUB has adopted a project in its region that meets the following criteria:
GIVE – The project gives to the community.
INVEST – The project provides a foundation for future investment and is sustainable in some way so that employees can point to it with pride.
VOLUNTEER – The project provides employees with the ability to volunteer and work together, helping to build a sense of community pride within the organization.
ENGAGE– The project engages as many employees as possible, and also customers and others in the community in making a meaningful contribution.
SERVE – The project positions HUB as a company serving not only its customers but the community.
