Andrew Forchelli, ARM

As president of HUB Entertainment, Andrew is responsible for sales, talent management, claims, marketing, client services, carrier relationships and strategic planning. In addition, he serves as a member of California’s Executive Leadership team and executive champion for HUB’s Women’s Leadership Network. Andrew began his insurance career in New York with The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, and eventually became the Regional Underwriting Manager for Southern California. In 2005, Andrew joined GNW-Evergreen, a Los Angeles insurance brokerage firm with a strong presence in the entertainment industry, serving as President, Board Member and equity partner. In 2014, GNW-Evergreen was acquired by HUB International, a top 10 global broker, and Andrew became the regional executive for the Los Angeles operation and president of the HUB Entertainment practice. Andrew is actively involved with Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles’ Men’s Guild and Holidays from the Heart, a charity that supports underprivileged families with critically ill children. He is a past board member for the California Association of Insurance Professionals.

Robert Jellen brings over 40 years of experience specializing in providing insurance for major studios, television networks, independent filmmakers, advertisers and advertising agencies. Bob is recognized by his clients, peers and leading insurance carriers as one of the most creative, well-respected individuals in the entertainment insurance industry, always thinking outside the box and consistently coming up with innovative insurance solutions for his clients. He was the first insurance broker to receive screen credit for providing production insurance for a film and over the years has developed many insurance products for the entertainment industry. His accomplishments and expertise make him a tremendous addition to the Hub Entertainment insurance team.

Christie specializes in risk management and insurance consultation for film, television and new media productions. As an expert in her field, she has been quoted in the New York Times, Hollywood Reporter, Variety and Insurance Journal and was a featured speaker at the Cannes Film Festival. Christie’s clients include Mandate Pictures, Constantin Film Development, Mandalay Pictures, Revolution Studios and Icon Productions. She has provided coverage for Oscar-winning and blockbuster films such as Braveheart, Lincoln, War Horse, Juno, The Help, Neighbors, and Terminator 5: Genisys, and notable TV shows such as “The Late Show with David Letterman” and “The Apprentice.” In 2011, Christie was recognized as one of the "Valley's Most Trusted Business Advisors" by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. In 2012, she was named the prestigious Power Broker in the Entertainment/Media segment by Risk & Insurance magazine. Christie was also honored as Responsibility Leader, a designation awarded to only 10 of a total 126 Power Broker designees in 2012.

Peter Tempkins specializes in insurance placement and risk management for all aspects of the music industry, namely concert tours, festivals, venues, promoters, clubs and music industry vendors. His festival clients include Warped Tour, Bonnaroo and Forecastle Music Festival. He is broker of choice for AC/DC, Arcade Fire, AC Entertainment and Square Peg Concerts among others. Peter has spoken on panels and roundtables for Billboard, CLE, IAAM, Performance Magazine and Tour Link. He is a results-oriented professional who combines his experience, insurance savvy and client focus to develop world-class insurance solutions. Performance Magazine recognized him as Insurance Agent of the Year seven times.

Carol is an entertainment insurance expert with 30+ years of experience providing risk management solutions for performing arts centers, theatres, theatrical productions and tours. Her commitment to the theatre business and proven ability to design competitive programs is evidenced by her long-standing relationships with production managers, producers, and venue operators. Carol has worked with some of the most popular productions including Cats, Cabaret, Grease, Hello Dolly, Fiddler on the Roof, The Odd Couple and Victor Victoria. In addition, she’s worked with popular performing arts groups such as The American Ballet Theatre, The Broward Performing Arts Center and the Lincoln Center Theatre, to name a few. In addition to her insurance background, Carol is a thespian, singer and producer with a life-long passion for the performing arts. This passion translates to business results for her clients and instills confidence and trust.

Sara Owens is the leader and champion of Game Guard, a first of its kind risk management and insurance program specifically tailored to the unique needs and risks of the video game industry. She has lent her expertise to conferences and workshops across the country and authored a chapter on insurance for the American Bar Association’s book “The Business of Video Games.” Sara is passionately committed to the video gaming industry and plays an active role in the gaming revolution. She understands how its explosive growth and impact on the broader entertainment industry requires new ideas, new solutions and new perspectives—exactly what Game Guard is built to deliver. Sara is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio and currently resides in Santa Monica, California.

She works closely with business managers and family offices to design insurance programs for entertainment clientele including actors, producers, directors, musicians, and writers. She has the experience and knowledge to handle all aspects of the client’s insurance portfolios–from personal insurance to loan out corporations to wherever the client’s entrepreneurial investments take them: restaurants, casinos, energy drinks, cosmetics, and real estate investments to name a few. She is well-respected in the community because of her commitment, knowledge and ethics.
