Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

ScottGoodreau is Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and is a member ofthe Executive Management Team. With experience in securities, finance,technology, corporate governance, general corporate law and riskmanagement, Scott most recently served as Senior Vice President,General Counsel and Secretary for Specialty Underwriters’ Alliance,Inc., a publicly held specialty insurance company. Scott also headed upAdministration, Corporate Relations and Operations Analysis forSpecialty Underwriters’ Alliance, Inc. Previously, Scott held generalcounsel positions in the insurance technology and real estate fields.

Scott received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Northwestern University. He is a member of the New York Bar Association and is licensed as a Property & Casualty insurance producer in Illinois.

Scott is a board member for Jobs for Youth, a non-profit organization that helps young men and women from low-income families become a part of the economic mainstream through training, job placement, and support services.
